PRODUCT WARRANTY

Products are warranted to the original equipment owner that the dog park equipment will be free from defects workmanship and craftmanship for a period of one (1) full year from the date of purchase when installed and maintained properly.

The manufacturer agrees to repair or replace any items determined to be defective due to craftsmanship.  This may include sending a patch or repair or paint kit for the original buyer to patch or repair the product.

Items specifically not covered by the warranty include damage due to:

Misuse or vandalism
Man-made or natural disasters
Product alterations
Negligence
Theft
Corrosion caused by chemicals, ice or snow damage
Lack of maintenance
Normal weathering and damage due to Environmental Factors, such as wind-blown sand, salt water, salt spray, ultraviolet exposure, minerals in the water from sprinkler systems or airborne emissions of pollutants, color fading or natural weathering of material in elements.<

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or defects, such as surface scratches, dents, marring fading, discoloration, corrosion, and cracking or peeling.

Dog park play equipment is designed to be used exclusively by ‘Dogs Only’. Use of this equipment for any other purpose will be considered misuse for purpose of this warranty.

Damage or loss in transit is the responsibility of the carrier, whether visible or concealed. It is the responsibility of the recipient to assure that the order is received complete. Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the shipment immediately and completely. Note any damages or shortages on the bill of lading. Damage reports must be filed within five (5) days. 

The manufacturer provides to the original equipment owner a limited warranty on materials as outlined below. This warranty covers damage due to failure or corrosion of parts that cause the product to become structurally unfit for its intended use. The warranty covers the product under normal use, proper maintenance and at original installation location.

Thermoplastic coated elements – seven (7) year limited warranty
Powder coated products – three (3) year limited warranty
Recycled plastic products – ten (10) year limited warranty on recycled plastic products in normal applications against rotting, splintering, decay or structural damage directly from termites or fungal decay that causes the product to become structurally unfit for its intended use
Pressure treated wood or stained wood – one (1) year limited warranty against damage by decay or termites that causes the wood to become structurally unfit for its intended use
Untreated wood – one (1) year limited warranty against damage by decay or termites that causes the wood to become structurally unfit for its intended use
Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete – five (5) year limited warranty against structural failure due to natural deterioration or manufacturing defects. NOTE: This warranty does not cover minor chips, hairline cracks or efflorescence, which can be normal and not a defect
Concrete products – one (1) year limited warranty
Fiberglass – five (5) year limited warranty
Plastic – one (1) year limited warranty
Composite Material – fifteen (15) years limited warranty
Limitations or Exclusions from these warranties is the cost to remove parts and reinstall replacements or repairing products; replacement resulting from twisting, warping, checking, shrinking, swelling or other natural physical properties of certain materials.

Normal weathering and damage due to Environmental Factors, such as wind-blown sand, salt water, salt spray, ultraviolet exposure, minerals in the water from sprinkler systems or airborne emissions of pollutants, color fading or natural weathering of material in elements are not covered under warranty.

CLAIM PROCEDURE

To make a warranty claim, send an email with images and detailed description to the company. The email should include the original purchase invoice or invoice number, a full written description and pictures of the defect.
